On Monday the school looked completely different because the school had an extreme make-over over the weekend. Where the old senior's play ground used to be, there is new garden. The equipment has been moved to the field, where it has been rebuilt as an obstacle course. It has a water fountain and all kinds of flowers and trees. The entrance looks like a house. The Middle school has a lovely garden with a bench to sit on under the trees. It has some hopping and walking poles, too. The Juniors have a beautiful walkway with stone seats.
It was all done by Botany Life Church who got more than 100 people to come and make our old playground into a dream playground.
I can't wait for the cement to dry, so that we can have a go!

I think you are very wonderful to give up your weekend to do this, though it is a great sport to participate in.
ReplyDeleteI came down and worked on the playground and it was such fun. I am so amazed at the people who gave up their time to do all this work. I really hope the children treat everything with respect and appreciate all the hard work that went into making the playground nicer for them.
